Spicy Grilled Catfish
 

8 Catfish Fillets
  Smoky Tabasco Sauce
  Salt
1 cup Cooking Oil
1 Lemon
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
   

Directions:
   Start with about 8 fillets, halve these fillets.  Pat dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with Smoky Tabasco sauce and then sprinkle with salt.
   Make a sauce with 1 cup cooking oil, juice from ½ lemon and ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce.  Marinate with this sauce and grill approximately 6-12 minutes depending on thickness of fillets; basting several times.  Spray grill with nonstick cooking oil spray such as Pam, have grill very hot before grilling fish.  Turn fish during cooking grilling both sides. Serves: 4-6
