Spiced Ham
 

1 Spiral Sliced Fully Cooked Ham, 9-10 pounds
1 12 ounce Jar Orange Marmalade
¾ cup Orange Juice
tablespoons Prepared Mustard
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ teaspoon Ground Ginger

Directions:
   Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan.  Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  In a saucepan over low heat, mix marmalade, orange juice, mustard, cloves and ginger.  Simmer for 5 minutes.  Spoon half of the mixture over the ham and continue baking for 30 minutes.  Serve remaining glaze with the ham. Yield: 14 -16 servings.
