12 ounce Jar Orange
Marmalade |

cup Orange
Juice |

Prepared Mustard |

Ground Cloves |

Ground Ginger |
Directions:
Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. In a saucepan over
low heat, mix marmalade, orange juice, mustard, cloves and
ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon half of the
mixture over the ham and continue baking for 30 minutes.
Serve remaining glaze with the ham. Yield: 14 -16
servings. |
