BBQ-Steak
 

4 Steaks (top sirloin, t-bone, etc.)
1 bottle of beer (or ginger ale)
2 sprigs Oregano
2 sprigs Parsley
2 sprigs Thyme
½ tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
¼ cup Olive Oil

Directions:
Marinate steaks for at least one hour. Remove from marinade and grill on medium-high heat until preferred level of doneness. Very tender. Baste with your favorite BBQ Sauce.
