Steaks (top sirloin, t-bone, etc.) |

bottle of beer (or ginger ale) |

sprigs Oregano |

sprigs Parsley |

sprigs Thyme |

tsp fresh ground Black Pepper |
| ¼ |
cup Olive Oil |
Directions:
Marinate steaks for at least one hour. Remove from marinade and
grill on medium-high heat until preferred level of doneness.
Very tender. Baste with your favorite BBQ Sauce. |
