Roast Beef with Sauce

cup Red Wine Vinegar |

tsp. Ground Black Pepper |

lb. Beef Roast |
Directions:
Combine in a saucepan; the ketchup, water, red wine vinegar,
finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dried
mustard, oregano, mild chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring
mixture to a boil. Allow sauce to cool. Place roast in roasting
pan. Cover with the sauce and let set at room temperature for 2
hours before baking. Cover and bake for the allotted time or
until meat is tender. |
