Roast Beef with Sauce
 

1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Dried Mustard
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Mild Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
3-4 lb. Beef Roast

Directions:
Combine in a saucepan; the ketchup, water, red wine vinegar, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dried mustard, oregano, mild chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Allow sauce to cool. Place roast in roasting pan. Cover with the sauce and let set at room temperature for 2 hours before baking. Cover and bake for the allotted time or until meat is tender.
