Ham Casserole
16 slices of Bread Trim crusts from the bread. Grease a 9x13 pan. Butter 8 slices of bread. Place buttered side up in pan. Place ham slices on bread. Top with shredded cheese. Butter other 8 slices of bread. Put in pan butter side up. Beat eggs with milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over the bread and ham slices. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, add crushed cornflakes to the top. Pour the melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
