Grilled Marinate Top Round Steak

cup fresh Lime Juice |

cup Onions, chopped fine |

tsp. ground Ginger |

cloves, Garlic, minced |

tsp. ground Black Pepper |

lbs. high quality Beef Top Round Steak, 1½" thick |
Directions:
In a large plastic bag combine the following: lime juice,
chopped onions, water, oil, ginger and garlic, salt and ground
black pepper. Seal and shake, vigorously to blend. Place the
steak into to bag, seal and turn bag several times to coat.
Place sealed bag in the refrigerator to marinate 6 hours or
overnight, longer is better. Remove the steaks from marinate.
(Do not save marinate). Place steaks on grid over medium ash
covered coal or on gas grill medium heat. Grill with cover for
25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F for
medium rare. Temperature will rise by 5° as it stands for 5
minutes before carving. Carve the meat into thin slices
crosswise. |
