Easy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

lb. Pork Tenderloin, Trimmed and Cut into 4 Pieces |

14.5oz. can Diced Tomatoes, undrained |

cup finely Chopped Onion |

cup finely Chopped Celery |

cup Barbeque Sauce |

tsp. Garlic Powder |

tsp. Ground Cumin |

1.6oz. Light Wheat Hamburger Buns, Toasted |

DIRECTIONS
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan over
medium-high heat. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer
for 55 minutes. Remove from heat. Remove pork from sauce, shed
pork. Return pork to sauce.
Place about ½ cup pork mixture on bottom half of each bun; top
with top halves of buns.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 sandwich)
