BBQ New York Strip Steak

 

4 New York Strip Steaks, ½" thick
½ cup Butter
½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. Garlic Spread
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, BBQ Sauce - All to Taste

DIRECTIONS
Heat coals or gas grill.
Put steaks on grill. Season with the salt, pepper and onion powder. Cover and cook until beef is to your desired doneness. While beef is cooking combine softened butter, crumbled feta cheese and Johnny's Garlic Spread in a small bowl and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Put cheese mixture in the refrigerator while you finish cooking steaks. When steaks are nearly done, season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce. Cook a few minutes longer. Turn meat and brush barbecue sauce on other side. Cook for few minutes and remove to serving platter. To serve, top each steak with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture and add your favorite potato. Your family and or guest will rave. Note: You can use any cut of steak that you choose.
