Ranch Burgers
 

pounds Ground Beef
4 teaspoons Ranch Rub (recipe follows)
4 Hamburger Buns, split
¼ cup Creamy Ranch Dressing
  Romaine Lettuce
  Tomato Slice
   
Ranch Rub
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
½ teaspoon Ground White Pepper
Store in airtight container, shake before using.

Directions:
   Lightly shape ground beef into four ¾-inch thick patties, adding Ranch Rub to the meat.  Heat grill to medium, and cook beef patties until not pink in center and juices show no pink color, turning once.  Serve in buns with onions, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
