Pan Roasted Spiced Apples

 

6 Tart Apples, peeled and quartered
1 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Cardamom
2/3 cup Ketchup
1/3 Butter Flavored Oil Spray
2 Non-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream


Directions:
   Preheat oven to 450°. Spray heavy skillet or 9 inch square cake pan with butter flavored oil spray. Arrange apples in pan.
   Combine Splenda and spices. Sprinkle over apples. Roast 10 minutes or until apples are getting soft.
   Serve with Ice Cream.
